No Slip, Superior Shock Absorption, Breathable (actually vents heat from under the saddle), Light weight, Durable (most pads last 7-10 years!), Exceptional Comfort for your Horse! The contour pad is a great all-purpose pad because it fits a wide variety of saddles, such as close contact and dressage saddles. See our product features page for more information. If the pad is too large for your saddle, it is simple to modify with a box cutter or other sharp blade so long as all alterations are curved. This pad aids saddle slip issues more than the half pad since it has longer flaps. Contour pads will provide more protection along the bars of the saddle where weight is concentrated while in jumping position. ThinLine is designed to make the best horses go better but if you have a horse with a sore or sensative back this pad is guaranteed to deliver results or return for a full refund! This pad fits most close contact and dressage saddles up to 18 inch. You may ride the ThinLine either over or under another pad. This is a GREAT ThinLine starter pad! If you have left right slip problems or if you spend alot of time in jumping position we recommed you try a pad with longer skirts; e.g. the contour.
